Hi,
I've been looking at desktop screenshots and found one with a nice, sexy font used in x-chat. Does anyone know the name of this font/know how to obtain it? Thanks in advance.

hmmm...looks familiar. I think I used to use it in a chat client in Windows. I'm guessing some subset of verdana, but I'm not 100% sure it was that. It's one of those sans-seriff fonts that I usually go for because they are free from clutter, thus very clear to read. If the font name comes to me I'll post back.

| It's not Tahoma since the f in the Tahoma font doesn't have the line going to the left, where as the font in the screenshot does, a smaller one too. I know I'm being picky but damn, <3 sexy fonts |

The Bitstream Vera family absolutely rules. A desktop without it is a sad desktop indeed.
Goes very well with KDE + Plastik. |
