Ok I recently have come to fluxbox from KDE. And I really like it but i miss that feature that allowed me to kill a windows simply by clicking on it. Is there any option to get feature or will i need to resort to command line tools.

add a line to your menu config file that looks something like this:

[exec] (kill window) {xkill}

then you can just select "kill window" from the menu then click on the window.
