I have an AMD Athlong 64 3200+ which has a full meg of cache on chip.
I'm editing my /etc/make.conf file during the installation and not sure which flags/settings to use.
Any suggestions?
Thanks! |

thanks, alot of good info there.
But one quick question since they didn't seem to cover it.
Is the AMD64 considered an Athlon-4?
I noticed on another site they had cflags for an Athlon-4 but didn't explain what it was.
I did a
cat /proc/cpuinfo and the "model" for my AMD64 says "4". Just wanted to see if this is for the AMD64, thanks! |
