Hey guys
I got a tune that I want to edit. You see, at the end, the tune gradually slows down its tempo. However, as any DJ would know, this causes a lot of trouble when trying to integrate it into a set.
Are there any free linux utilities that would take a sample of audio, and ensure alter the tempo so that it would remain at a constant BPM?
Tall order I know, but no harm in trying.
Cheers. |

While I'm sure you could find something to time stretch by a fixed factor,
what you are asking for would be very very difficult. Certainly anything
which does this automatically would be patented. |
