emerge system

hallo.

I have a problem, when im trying to emerge system it goes alright until I have to connect to an ftp.

Connection to ftp.inr.ac.ru[ip]:21...faild: connection refused.
!!!Vouldn't downloade inputils-ss020927.tar.gz. Aboring.

What shoud I do?
Should I just keep on trying until im getting in or what?

Have you tried to set a diffrent mirror in make.conf?

You can do this by adding this line in make.conf

I found an other mirror and i worked fine.
