I was having this same issue with dev-libs/libclc-0.0.1_pre20131010:0.

I added dev-libs/libclc-0.0.1_pre20141027:0 ~amd64 to package.keywords.

dev-libs/libclc-0.0.1_pre20141027 emerged error free for me.
