I rememember I had to change pci access mode to direct and disable acpi and apic or something like that in kernel config for my onboard ethernet and sound card to work on my soltek nforce2 mb |

Beautiful. I've tried many different sources lately to get 2.6.x working, and this is by far the best I've tried yet... nice even seems to work correctly now! ALSA seems to be a problem, but I'm not so sure that that has anythig to do with the love. It had stopped working all on it's own (one of the many reasons I started looking to up the kernel version to 2.6.x.
I just have some of the usual "I changed my kernel and I am getting wierd messages" crap.
Anyway, thanks for the release! This is how linux should feel... _________________ Anubis |
