hi
it seems my system clock is abnormaly slow
it losses a few minutes per hour

i have a dell inspiron 8100. the hardware clock does fine
i wonder if it could have something to do with the cpu frequency running at 667Mhz insted of 867Mhz for power saving

does anybody has an idea how the system clock works ?
