Has anyone got mailgraph to parse syslog-ng log files? Been scouring the internet and forums looking for insight into this.

Thanks for your time!

Works perfectly here on two boxes with syslog-ng. Though it won't work with Metalog as it is not Syslog compatible.

I'm using syslog-ng to recieve logs from my mail servers and then using mailgraph to generate graphs from the log. I have set the option in syslog-ng.conf remove_if_older and it wasn't working. I did a stat on the the log file and all three times are today so I think the mailgraph script must be changing the all three MAC times. Has anybody else experienced this or have any suggestions on how to fix it.

I'm pretty sure it's tail that is changing the mactimes. I can understand it updating the accessed time but I don't see that changed or modified should be updated by tail. Anyone have any thoughts?
