Best Books / Online Resource to Accompany Gentoo

Playing around with gentoo is quite good fun, but often I am left at a dead end or a point where a huge compilation MIGHT be the way to go.

The gentoo.org site is good, but the documentation is i its infancy (I am not being derogatory here, but because gentoo keeps evolving at such a pace I imagine the documentation area is one of the hardest to keep current).

With the above said is there a good book or online resource that can accompany gentoo?
