constant rebooting after grub

ok there's several similer problems but i can't find one that's mine, or one that helps me.

I just installed gentoo, didn't use genkernel(maybe a bad thing? lol)
but I get to grub and grub runs here's what i see... before my computer restarts

any ideas?

Which kernel and which version of GCC did you use?

I've had this problem and I think I may have tracked the problem down. Maybe.
