Believe it or not,
I am actually reading through all the forums trying to find my answer
to my "true" problem. I won't bother with that for the moment.
What I need to know right now is : is there a way of using Links or Links2, to post my /etc/fstab and/or /etc/lilo.conf files here?
It would definately make my life easier if I could post it while I am going through the install.
Thanks in advance

I think lynx is included in the live-cds - not sure about links ...
But you might consider using knoppix and the alternative install guide - then you can even use the system while installing. |

Your not going to believe this, but I found out (via trial and error) that it is possible to get to the net via links, AND respond (which is what I am doing now!) Thanks again for the reply _________________ where's my sig????? |

Dont worry thats part of the normal install process
...and if you keep calling 'lynx' - 'links' - you will cause some major confusion sometime or another... _________________ To an engineer the glass is neither half full, nor half empty - it is just twice as big as it needs to be. |

he's talking about Links, the console-based browser that's included on the LiveCD.
