Help, stage 2 install, can't DL file from mirrors

Hi, I'm doing a stage 2 install, and I'm hanging up on a certain file, not being able to get it from any mirrors. the file I need is coreutils-5.0.91.bz2, and for some reason I just keep getting file not found errors on all the servers. Could anyone tell me what I could do to manually download from this point in the shell? I've only gotten 30 or so out of the 79 packages installed so far. Unfortunately, I'm kind of a linux n00b, and a friend was helping me earlier, but now he's gone. Would someone be able to tell me exactly what to do to get that file and let portage install it? I did find it online, at
ftp://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/coreutils/coreutils-5.0.91.tar.bz2.

If you found it online copy it to /usr/portage/distfiles and portage will be able to find and use it.

I know this is pretty newberific, but I don't know how to copy something online from what I have installed so far... is there some kind of ftp program that is built yet that I can use? And when I'm done doing this, do I have to move back to a certain directory to continue the emerge system?

I figured out how to DL the file using wget so I'm cool now, thanks fly though for your tip.
