there are differences between ebuild (and compiled on system) and the binay downloaded from mozilla.org. Beside the icons and the graphic part that the ebuild seems to remain the same as firebird, the cpu load when using plugins seems to be much higher on the compiled version. I wonder why is the ebuild needing a reconfiguration?
P.S. Binary also seems more smooth although a bit slower on launching time. |
