Por un problema de interoperatividad con PAM, necesito instalar la version del openssh 3.6.1p2; pero cuando instalo openssh con el comando "emerge openssh" me instala la ultima version disponible que es la 3.7.1p2. Hay alguna manera "elegante" de decirle al gentoo que utilice la version deseada, y no la ultima, guardando consistencia (por ejemplo, que si hago un "emerge update" o un "emerge sync" no actualice la aplicacion)? puedes instalar una version especifica de caulquier cosa con solo especificarle el ebuild

Code:
emerge gnome-base-1.4-r2.ebuild


por ejemplo esto q' seria el ebuild para el gnome 1.4-r2

proba con tu version epecifica que quedaria algo asi (no estoy seguro )

Code:
emerge openssh-3.6.1p2.ebuild


o busca el ebuild dentro del arbol del portage.
