Well I accedently did emerge -U system instead of emerge -U world and now when I rebooted I get a kernel error and it locks (kernel freak or something I forget im at work). Im going to use the boot cd to mount my driver and compile my kernel is that the correct action I should take or is something else wrong?
I did download a new gentoo-dev-sources 2.6.3 how do I link /etc/src/linux to /etc/src/<build> |

Code: | bash# cd /usr/src/
bash# ln -s gentoo-dev-sources-<version> linux | Syntax is a little off. man ln for more info. _________________ if i never try anything, i never learn anything..
