How do these two patches compare? I saw words on the ck patch having very cool code put in to appreciate hyper threading with. On the other hand love sources are suppose to be cutting edge with top performance. Basically I want to figure out if its more beneficial for my P4 2.4C to use Con's latest patch or to give love sources a swing. |

The best thing you can do is to try both and see which one you like better. Some people are avidly against love-sources, and some don't like Con's patchset. It's really your decision. The best advice I can give is to test out both and see. _________________ Rationality is the recognition of the fact that nothing can alter the truth and nothing can take precedence over that act of perceiving it. |

Agreed.. it only takes 15 mins to compile a kernel, why not try both? |
