my shiesty scsi card wont let me boot off my cdrom and i have no floppy drive (they always die). someone on irc suggested using loadlin however im getting invalid compressed format. perhaps theres some extra command line stuff i need? what about all the params from the rescue cd can i auto pass those some how?

i broke down and borrowed a friends cdrom drive
a suggestion for the gentoo cd:
a setup.bat that uses loadlin to boot the cd.. a lot of distros have this |
