I understood that using the umask option in the /etc/fstab will allow me to override the permissions of the filesystem I mount.
However, when I mount CDs with UDF, I can't get r-x permissions, no matter what I set umask. I can only get r-- or ---.
This of course prevents me from reading into directories.
