Text not appearing in Mozilla/firebird/firefox

I have a problem where text on certain sites does not appear in Mozilla, Firebird, or Firefox. I tried the ones I compiled through portage and the official builds. For some reason the text will not appear. I can highlight where the text should be so I know its there. I can also look at the source and see the text but it does not render it.

I tried posting about it on the Mozilla help forums but they aren't any help. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Ok I found out what fonts are causing the problem.
8514fix and 8514oem

These fonts don't show up in any program. Its not just a Mozilla problem.

Now I can't find these font files... Anyone know how to either remove them or fix them?

You can edit your XF86Config file. In the fonts section there will be a bunch of paths to fonts. It works by searching through the paths until it finds an acceptable font, which means that the ones on top get searched first. Try re-ordering them or just removing the ones causing problems.
