I'd like to have the n_hdlc module on the bootdisk.

Currently, this 10kb missing module is the only thing preventing me from installing gentoo from scratch with my USB ADSL modem. I have to use the stage3 image.

I tried to compile the module on my gentoo box installed with stage3 and use it when rebooting to install from scratch, but the 2.4.19-r1 kernel module of the installed gentoo did not load on the 2.4.19 kernel of the installer. Damn !
