Question for those using MSI-K8T800-FIS2R and 3rd IDE chanel

Yes, the 2nd n was omitted on purpose in the subject....had to get the 'L' in.

Anywho, I was wondering how easy it is to get the 3rd IDE channel to work, mostly because if its a pain then I'll just use my promise UltraATA133TX2 instead as I know it works okay. I just really would prefer to use the onboard stuff. The athlon64 liveCD didn't see it so I was wondering if it is supported. I'd post exactly what chip it is but I'm not at a point where the machine is usable (emerge system).

PS: I don't need to RAID it...I just need to connect the 5th IDE device to it (my third HD).
