Adding a disclaimer to outgoing mails

Does anyone know how to add a disclaimer to outgoing mail? (Using MIMEDefang, or whatever you wanna use).

I don't think it can be done using plain procmail 'cause of the headers, etc...

It can't be done with Procmail period.
Procmail is a mail delivery agent, so it never gets to see outgoing e-mails.
