How can I force *.m3u files to be processed by mod_php?

I've tried removing any references to m3u from mime.types and mime.types.default, and adding m3u to the PHP addtype line in commonapache.conf.

However, the browser (in this case, Konqueror, but it seems to be any...) will still prompt "what would you like to do with this file?" or just open it in the media player, depending on the system setting.

How can I force these files to be processed by mod_php?
