for some reason when I try to use the synaptics driver in my XF86Config it throws an error saying no synaptics device found, but if I look at the contents of dmesg after boot it says it found a synaptics touchpad:

ok, just a stupid problem didnt' have my kernel looking for event input devices, but I still can't fix the problem iwth my mouse goign crazy, I have DMA enabled also since I saw that was a fix fo some people, anyone have any clue how to fix this? _________________ So many questions so little time.... |
