white screen with nvidia-4496

I have a laptop :
Medion 7438
AMD PowerNow XP2200+
512DDR - Geforce MX448Go

With kernel 2.4 I used nvivia-kernel 4463. All worked well.
But now I'm using 2.6(.3) kernel and I must use nvidiakernel-4496. X starts well, but when I switch to tty (crtl + alt +1) (for example), my screen becomes white. :roll:

. I tried latest version of nvidia (5336), this trouble is solved, but I d'ont have any X acceleration.

if somenone has any idea.
