Ok I went to http://netraverse.com/gentoo.html and found Win4Lin for gentoo costs $79.99 where as if i click directly on the buy button at the top of netravers' home page, it costs $69.99 (below is my shopping cart).
So, my question is do they really give discount for gentoo users or both these versions are quite different?

Looks like one is Gentoo-specific (hence costs $10 more) and the other is the more general version.

I remember when the Gentoo guys made a deal with the Win4Lin guys... we were gonna support Win4Lin... and they'd give us a discount, I believe, and donate some money to Gentoo.
So, it seems to me that Win4Lin got a bit cheaper, but they didn't update all their prices. I suspect emailing them would get them to correct this little oversight, or at least find the real answer ;)

I contacted them and they said the deal has expired but they didn't update the page. However, they will give the gentoo specific one for the normal price of $69.99.

It says it costs $89.99 for the normal version. Am I looking in the wrong place? |
