Okay, I love KDE 3.2. It is, as my friend described it, "featureriffic". However, I was recently attempting to mass-move some files between folders, and overwrite a few older versions in the destination folder. So I selected the files, clicked, dragged, clicked "Move here" and received the message "A similar file named ... already exists..." with no overwrite dialog, merely a rename or cancel.
Now, in KDE versions past, I know that I could have mass-moved files and simply chosen to overwrite the files at the destination. Is there any way I can regain this functionality in KDE 3.2, or am I stuck using a console mv command to overwrite on demand? _________________ moo |
