|
|
Hi all.
I have this huge problem, i can't locate the webconf tool for linuxant driverloader. I simply get the error: unable to locate remote server.
For some reason driverloader isn't to be found in lsmod, and i have no idea about where to check for missing files or something like that.
I've tried to modprobe driverloader, but i get the following error:
Code: |
FATAL: Error inserting driverloader (/lib/modules/2.6.3/misc/driverloader.ko): Invalid module format
|
As you can se, i'm using kernel 2.6.3.
Anybody who has an idea of how to fix this =/ |

I am having the same problem. All was good until I did an 'emerge -u world' and now I get the "Invalid Module Format" error.
If you resolved this and have some advice I would be happy to hear it. Gentoo without net is pretty weak.
[Resolved -- I did a 'make mrproper', recompiled the kernel, driverloader, and some other modules that were needed (nvidia et al.) and it all looks good.] |
