there is a new framebuffer-driver for radeon cards in the 2.6.3 kernel.
my kernelparamteres at boot time are:

kernel /boot/bzImage root=/dev/hde1 hdc=ide-scsi video=radeonfb:1280x1024@70

-> problem: new line are not cleared. it's not easy to explain, but this will show you, what i mean:
1st line: abcdefg [press enter]
2nd line:[delete first 2 characters] cdcdefg

things, that are not overwritten by something stay in de line, though they are just visible, but are not "read", if you execute a command.

so i tried to get the old radeon framebuffer running.
-> the kernelparamter are not read at bootttime.
my idea: maybe the kernelparameter for the old driver has got an other name (not radeonfb), but i can't find anything about it.

Has someone ideas, solutions ...
