I am trying to find a website that has resources for a Linux Newbie. I've decided, after installing Gentoo, that it would serve me well to know how the heck to do stuff in Linux. I have a small amount of the basics down, but a good deal of other things have me flustered and/or confused, such as permissions and the directory structure. Does anyone know of a website that has anything that could help me in my quest?

You could try www.justlinux.com. It used to be called linuxnewbie.org and specialized in newbized help files.
