After upgrading to KDE3.2.1 from 3.2, KMail has lost the ability to drag and drop attachments from the preview message pane.
Only the icon gets dragged, not the actual file (i.e. if I have an mp3 attachment with it's pretty loudspeaker icon, when I drag it to the desktop I find only the icon - a .png - has been dropped).
Any clues?
Thanx

I'm having this problem as well. More annoying to me, though, is not being able to drag a link in the email to an open browser any more...
Anyone else? |

I can't drag in-page links with Konqueror anymore. When I try to drag a link, it doesn't change into the 'dragging a link cursor.' It changes from the 'over the link hand' cursor back into the regular cursor after it leaves the link. If I drag a image it drags the URL of the image itself, not what it links to.
I've been having some other screwy problems with my computer (I hadn't cleaned it in a while, so I think it was overheating a bit) so I just assumed it was something wrong on my end. But given that it appears to be a more general problem, maybe its a bug. |
