Hi,
ich habe bei mir auf meinem Gentoo uw-imap installiert. Die Stream-Dateien hat er in /etc/xinetd.d gepackt. Aber wenn ich den xinetd neu starte, dann finde ich im Syslog folgendes:

Mar 6 22:01:38 london xinetd[4845]: removing imaps

uvm.
Wie kann ich denn dem xinetd sagen, dass er die nicht removen soll, sondern das er sie brav starten soll?

Hi!
Ich nehme mal an, dass in den configs unter /etc/xinetd.d eine zeile mit "disable = yes" existiert, die auskommentiert (oder auf "no" gesetzt) werden muss.

Hi,
ich bin ein idiot!
Das steht da tatsächlich. Ich habe da schon 100x reingeschaut aber immer überlesen.
Deshalb: es lohnt sich alles genau zu lesen 
Ich probiere das gleich mal aus!
