I've just started bootstraping and I think it would be nice with some kind of progress bar (instead of make/gcc messages, or having them both), that can tell how far the compilation has come. Is it 45 hours left or 20 minutes? |

I'm afraid you'll have to tac that onto the huge list of portage "things to-do". Until then, don't get a headache from watching compiler output too much... _________________ #define NULL rand() /*heh heh heh */
