Hi, have asked this question before in some other forums but haven't got any reply.
Problem:
My joystick doesn't work in when I move it to the left and/or up. All the buttons works, when I move to the right and/or down it responds but not so much.
I've tested the stick in some application, gl117, Descent 1 and 2 and with the joystick plugin in Xmms, all with the same result.
I've calibrated it using jscalubrator and there all seems fine, both axis show full response in all directions.
Testplatform:
tried kernels 2.4.23, 2.6.1, 2.6.3, using the analog joystick module.
Joysticks: analog Logiteh Wingman Extreme and a analog Addison Technology modell 300489,
Joystick port: Soundblaster Live card and a Soundblaster 128 card (ES 1371 chip)
On all combination of above there is the same result, buttons work, down and right moves works but give very little response in applications, in jscalubrator all seems to work fine. _________________ A computer is never more stupid than it's user. |
