Kopete 0.8.0 Msn Problem

Hi all I have installed a weeks ago kde 3.2 and worked fine. I realized that the latest kopete version is already included in kdemultimedia package. Everything goes well until i try to receive files, I can send files without any problem at all, but when someone tries to send me something kopete automatically refuses the transfer....
Any ideas??

ps: I have no firewall

I've had several people try to send me files while I was using Kopete, only one person was successful, all the rest failed immediately.
