I did | Code: | | LINGUAS="de" emerge -av kde-i18n |
and it said the download would be more than 200megs - can that be? Seems to me it tries to download the whole pack, for all languages. But shouldn't the LINGUAS="de" prevent this?
I also tried | Code: | export LINGUAS="de"
emerge -av kde-i18n |
but same result. Including "de" to USE also doesn't help.
I don't think this pack really is 200+MB in size when just supporting german, or is it?
I checked the ebuild-file and it seems that he should download kde-i18n-de-3.2.0.tar.bz2 - but no matter what LINGUAS is set to, he always goes for that 200mb file.
Any help is much appreciated... |

does it only tell you it would download the 200meg file or does it actually download it? try to just run emerge, it should only download the -de file. worked for me at last
