When I try to run /etc/init.d/afs start I get the following error:

Failed to load AFS client, not starting AFS services.
/sbin/runscript.sh: line 434: [: Error Starting AFS client: integer expression expected [ !! ]
/sbin/runscript.sh: line 456: return: Error: numeric argument required
afsd: Error -1 in basic initialization.
Adding cell 'randomscrews.net': error -1
afsd: No check server daemon in client.
afsd: All AFS daemons started.
afsd: Can't mount AFS on /afs(19)
* Error starting AFS [ !! ]

I have no idea what this means, and searching the AFS docs gives me no answer. I do know that my cacheinfo file is valid, which is often the cause of errors that look like this.[/code] |
