The UT 2004 demo runs great on my machine (P4 2.6C, 512MB ram, ATI 9800 Pro) but my system shows that the binary is still loaded after I exit and I cannot seem to terminate it (it just ignores the "kill" command). I am using the 3.2.8-r1 Ati drivers. Anyone else having this problem?

same deal here (1.2 athlon 512 ram 9500 pro) with the 3.2.8 drivers. the only way i can kill it is to exit X.

mine remains loaded after I exit X. I have to reboot. 8O

The game looks like it closes fine...but the binary stays loaded in memory for some reason.

It does it for me too, but kill -s 9 takes care of it. I've given up hope when it comes to ati.

I'm pretty sure this is unrelated to the video driver, my gf 4 ti 4200 box does this as well.
