Limiting outgoing masqueraded traffic

Hi Folks!

I've got a 16 kb/s max upload connection on my router. There are five computers in my network.
I want to limit the SMTP Traffic (Port 25) to about 8 kb/s for every host in the network.

Is there an easy way to do this? I was thinking of QoS, but this is kinda complex...
