|
|
When listening to music with xmms, I get no skips or dropouts. However, when using Juk, I get dropouts a couple times a minute. It is impossible to listen to a single song (mp3/ogg) without clipping! The cpu load is at about 15%
Any ideas?

Does this happen with other arts based apps, too?
I have a similar problem here using juk/amarok/noatun...
xmms does not skip when using alsa/oss. |

Same here. JuK and noatun are skipping, xmms (arts) works considerably better and xmms (alsa/oss) works great.

I too am having this problem with Juk. Guess I'll stick with mp3blaster for the time being. _________________ Lee |
