Hi, I've searched high and low for a solution but to no avail.

I'm making a plot and I need to display values higher that 10^9 however, if I put xrange to go from 1 to 10^10 it only displays up to 10^9. By using the "show xrange" command I find that the limit is actually 32bit/2 (which incidentally is a bit more than 10^9).

I know it's possible to get higher, I've done it before albeit on another computer with another distro. Does anyone know how I can utilize better precision in gnuplot than 32bit? I need to plot a logaritchmit scale up to 10^12.

Thanks
