Strange WLan Card (WLB 1100)

I've got a WLan Card. It was a present ... so why buy a new one?

But the strange thing is, that I can't get it working with Gentoo. First of all I thought it would be some kind of RealTek chipset but I'm not sure anymore.

I've scanned the backside of the card. Perhaps you could look at it and post successstories if you have a Gentoo Linux box with WLan working with this card.

Could you be more specific about which wireless card it is? Manufacturer? Model?
