Radeon AIW + OpenGL = Total Crash of the System

Hi, i got a little trouble with my Ati Radeon AIW

Everytime i try to run a soft who need opengl it's totally crash my system and i need to reboot ( keyboard, mouse stop responding)

All AIW feature of my card working fine
im using Gatos driver
