The problem with the Bug forum was, it was misleading. If an ebuild has a bug, it can be 'dicussed' in the Portage & Programming forum. Otherwise, Bugs should be reported here.

OTG to Gentoo Forums Feedback.

I second kanuslupus' comments. Posters got mad when bugs reported in the bugs forum didn't get fixed and developers got mad when people posted bug reports to the forums instead of to bugs.gentoo.org.

I see your points and guess I agree with you, I just found it easier to get around in the bug forum than I do in Bugzilla.
