Hello,
i have an old pc (p2 233mhz) with an old soundcard. The livecd loads for the soundcard the module "ad1848". I compiled this driver as module and load it in the final system, but it only give me midi-output. Is there any way to output something over dsp. I want to use the old pc as mp3-player. I want to use for this mpd, controled by netjuke with an module. Or with mpg321 or mpg123. |

is it an old isa sound card? do you use isapnptools? have you tried using the seperate alsa-drivers ebuild instead of the alsa drivers built into the kernel? I would like to know since i am getting no sound with my AZT1008 sound card. |
