la lecture de mes dvd saccade avec xine et mplayer, alors que ce n'était pas le cas jusqu'à présent. La lecture des fichiers sur le disque se fait bien.

Ce que j'ai fais depuis :
un etc-update avec effacement accidentel du fstab (d'autres trucs important je n'espère pas), que j'ai réécris j'espère sans erreur.:oops:
un prelink. Et c'est tout.

Essaye ceci : echo "using_dma:1" >>/proc/ide/hdc/settings
Si ca marche cela veux dire que le dma n'est pas actif ,)

Quelle est la position de ton lecteur DVD ? (/dev/hdx)
Est-ce un combo DVD/Graveur ?

Parce que hdparm ignore les périphériques scsi ou utilisés comme tel(ide-scsi).

Sinon tu peux mettre la ligne que je t'ai donne dans /etc/conf.d/local.start

[EDIT] pour que le dma soit active au demarrage malgre l'emulation scsi
