Hi there,

I've finally got my Marvel G400 going. Recording in MJPEG is great... except for the delay in the video. Video and audio are out of sync because the line-in audio is "live", whereas the video-decoding from the tuner takes about half a second (don't ask me why).

So, I'd love to know a way to add a slight audio delay to my soundcard's line-input. Can it be done in a simple way using ALSA?

I'm using a SBLive with Alsa 1.0.3b and vanilla-kernel-2.25.

Maybe it can be done using the mic-in, buffer half a second, and reroute the output internally to the line-in...

BTW, mencoder works fine, audio is in sync.
