xine-lib compile problem

Good afternoon, I'm trying to get kaffeine built but xine-lib keeps failing. Here's the error.

I have tried removing the USE flags and changed arch type to 686 and nothing has worked. Also tried the unstable verison. same problem. Any ideas what's going on here?
