I seriously doubt that KDE is the way for Novell. Novell has a development centre here in India(Bangalore). They had an advert out looking for developers for Mono and Gnome. Let's wait and watch how it balances Ximian with Suse. |

of course, Novell only recently bought SUSE, while they bought Ximian months ago. |

Unfortunately, I don't think this will ever work. GTK+ will always be around, whether Novell likes it or not.
However, there is one way they can make Qt the standard. By making a GTK+ to Qt conversion program. Otherwise, developers will not have any motivation to move to Qt. _________________ old outdated sig |
